Strange how they begin to look alike…

I’m sure you’ve heard the old saying that dogs and their owners eventually begin to look alike. Well, although it isn’t often discussed, this can unfold and reveal itself in surprising ways. For example, I don’t think that anyone would claim that my dear friend Elayne looks anything like her dog, Scooter….

Or would they?

    Ha! I love these kind of pics because… the theory is so true. The very same goes for married couples of course. Maybe we grow to look like each other over time or perhaps we just choose one another (and our pets) in the beginning because we’re genuinely attracted to those who have a bit of ourselves in them. 🙂
